I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona and I spent my undergrad studying environmental science at Northern Arizona University. Currently, I am pursuing a masters in Biology at UCF. My research interests include forest restoration as a means to mitigate climate change; specifically, I am working on an individual based model to compare carbon storage potential of three pine species in Florida. In my free time I enjoy roller skating with my dog, Estrella.
